POLICY - Orders, Shipping and Returns
RETAIL BUYERS
Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped within (3) working days – via UPS ground or USPS. If you wish to expedite shipping, you can request for 2nd or 3rd day delivery at additional cost. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Returns
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported upon receipt of goods. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be shipped in original conditional and packaging.
If you are not satisfied with the item and wish to return it, please return the item within 7 days of delivery date. Returned item must be shipped in the original condition, we reserved the right to review returned item and issue a credit for the item. Returned item will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
WHOLESALE/ TRADE BUYERS
Order
$350 Minimum purchase for the first order and $200 for re-orders. A copy of a valid seller's permit must be on file for all Wholesale buyers.
Orders are processed within 5 working days for in-stock items. Items on backorder will be noted on your invoice and will be shipped as soon as stock is made available.
Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped to the address on file, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping cost is added to your invoice as a separate line item. We ship via UPS or USPS ground. If you wish to expedite shipping method, you can make a request for it.
Returns
